Sweet and Vibrant: M&M Kittens
Merlin- Call him and he magically arrives! He loves any small toy he can carry around (and make disappear) so hair ties beware! Being held and petted is one of his top joys,if you're not picking him up right away he'll gently hug your leg
Mica- Small but mighty, this little guy doesn't realize he's not as big as his brothers. Loves balls, mice and anything fuzzy. Chatterbox when he wants attention, will tell me off when it's time to stop reading, shut off the light and go to sleep at night.
Mishka: Sweet little bear is the meaning of Mishka in Russian and with those paws he may end up fulfilling that name! Mishka is an absolute love bug with a purr you can hear across a quiet room when you hold and pet him.
Darling Diva: Gina
Gina is a sweet, sassy redhead who loves attention but also likes to explore things on her own. She has a very silly and curious side to her that will always make you laugh! Her foster family noticed that her most favorite thing to do is watch bird videos on TV and the computer.
Cutie Pie: Caterina
What a beautiful little girl! Don't let her intense face fool you - she's a sweetie. Caterina is gentle and docile and shy until she gets to know you. But once she does, she adores any and all affection, especially gentle scritches of her soft, soft fur. She is good with friendly cats who give her space and friendly, older children. Not much for playing with toys but LOVES her kitty tree, kitty bed, and sunny windows. She's also very fond of kitty treats. Please consider giving this soft, precious kitty a quiet, loving home where she will be safe and loved (preferably with a few sunbeams!)
Stories from Andy's Alumni Millie
(and her Alumni brother Slinky!)
Millie was adopted by an Andy's Alumni family, where she met her new brother Slinky (Andy's class of 2018!) At first, Slinky wasn't sure about his new sister, but now they really love each other! Read below for the before and after story from their family. Sometimes love just needs a little time.
Before: "We absolutely love having Millie! Slinky is still having some issues adjusting but I think that they're slowly getting better with each other. Millie is a little scared of Slinky, but she is starting to look less anxious with Slinky near her and will even go up to sniff her without any altercations sometimes. They are especially good together in the afternoons, when they both like to nap. They usually will sleep in the same room throughout the day. Once they even shared a windowsill to look out of, which gives me hope they can be buddies! Or, at least not be adversarial.
Millie herself has definitely gotten pretty comfortable living here. She's been very playful and she loves to nibble on anyone who tries to pet her. We've discovered her favorite toy is the laser pointer and that she gets tired out pretty fast. She's picked a few spots around the apartment that are her favorite places to sleep. I am still hopeful that they can get along based on how they've progressed.
After: Millie and Slinky are getting along really well now! They will sometimes chase each other in a more playful way but they mostly just do their own things throughout the day. Millie likes to sleep in the living room at night, either on our chair, couch, or her own little bed. She likes to play with jingly balls, mice, string, and laser pointers. She's a fan of sitting on the window and watching the birds, biting everyone who tries to pet her, and sitting in boxes. She's eating well (maybe a bit too well) and we plan to take her to the vet next week.
Now that we are sure she and Slinky can live together peacefully, we are absolutely sure we are keeping her. Thank you for your patience while we let her and Slinky adjust to each other! We absolutely love working with Andy's Friends.
