Who are Andy's Friends?

Andy's Friends are a group of dedicated volunteers that work tirelessly, dedicated to the rescue and care of homeless cats. They provide safe housing in foster care homes, food and medical services to these abandoned animals. Eventually, loving homes are found for each cat.

Mission and Goals

Our mission is dedicated to end the senseless killing
of cats and kittens through adoption, affordable sterilization programs, promotion of trap/neuter
release and community education.

Our goals:

• promote low cost spay/neuter services
• raise funds
• expand the volunteer base for support services
  and fostering
• work toward making Delaware a no kill state
